MEDICINES AVAILABLE OVER THE COUNTER

Treatment for a number of minor ailments is changing and medicines for certain conditions that are easily available to purchase at your local pharmacy or supermarket will no longer warrant a prescription from your GP. Please see leaflet with more information here.

EVENING AND WEEKEND GP APPOINTMENTS

Patients registered with a GP Practice in Wirral can access appointments at various locations between Monday to Friday 6:30pm - 8:00pm, and Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 8:00pm. Please either call the Practice on our usual number or call 0151 652 6077 from 10am - 6pm at weekends to book one of these.

The Practice is based at Victoria Central Health Centre in very modern, purpose built premises designed to deliver the best for you, however retaining the best traditions of the family medical practice.  We aim to provide up-to-date medicine in a traditional manner, with accents on preventative care, family medicine and continuing care for patients with chronic illness.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
