Please be aware we will be changing our Clinical System to EMIS Web on Thursday 3rd September 2015. As we will be new to this system, please be patient with our staff over this transitional period. This new system will enhance our service to you and we look forward to bringing you the benefits in the near future.

What does this mean for you?

  • Prescriptions - if you have a repeat prescription due between the 26th August - 3rd September then please put in your request earlier than these dates to ensure it will be ready on time.
  • Online services - if you are already registered to book your appointments and order your repeat prescriptions online with VOS (Vision Online Services) then you can continue to use this service until Friday 21st August - you will then need to re-register with the new online service provided by EMIS called Patient Access.


Central Park would like to apologise for the continuing issues some patients have been experiencing when ringing into the Practice. The improvement of our telephone system is still a work in progress with Wirral NHS Community Trust, and we are trying hard to find a solution. Please call after 11:30am for any queries other than to book an appointment (prescriptions, results, etc) in order to bypass the busy morning period reserved for appointment booking. If you are interested in booking appointments and ordering your repeat prescriptions online, then please bring along some photo ID and fill in an online registration form within the practice.
