TELEPHONE SYSTEM

We are very sorry if you have been experiencing problems contacting the surgery by telephone. Our phone system is part of a much larger network across Wirral, and Wirral NHS Community Trust is trying hard to find a solution. Please call after 11:30am for any queries other than to book an appointment (prescriptions, results, etc) in order to bypass the busy morning period reserved for appointment booking. If you are interested in booking appointments and ordering your repeat prescriptions online, then please email us or fill in a registration form within the practice.
